When and why you started boxing:
I started boxing at 15. I was drawn to it because my father and brother used to box.
Favourite all-time fighter:
Muhammad Ali. He wasn’t only a great fighter but he was also a great person who always stood up for his beliefs.
Best fight you’ve seen:
Ali vs George Foreman. Ali was a huge underdog but fought a smart fight and won by KO to become world champion once again after some difficult times.
Personal career highlight:
Fighting as a pro in my hometown of Sundsvall in Sweden for the first time in April 2017. Performing in front of my friends, family and hometown fans was a great experience.
Toughest opponent:
Tyson Fury has been my toughest opponent so far [l ud 12 – September 2019]. He’s a good fighter and a world champion for a reason.
Best and worst attributes as a boxer:
My best attribute is that I’m always trying to develop. As for my flaws, I want to keep them to myself!
Training tip:
No matter what you do, you have to be consistent to become good at it. It takes time and effort to master anything.
Favourite meal/restaurant:
My favourite meal is a good steak with fries and Bearnaise sauce.
Best friends in boxing:
My trainers, Joey Gamache and Rune Fog Brix, and my managers, Zach Levin and David Berlin.
Other sportsperson you would like to be:
My childhood idols were the ice hockey player, Peter Forsberg, and the soccer player, Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Last film/TV show you saw:
I’ve recently discovered an American show called Survivor that I’m becoming obsessed with.

Dolph Lundgren!

Yes, when I went to see Mike Tyson make a speech when I was living in Copenhagen in Denmark.
Last time you cried:
On my birthday in November when my girlfriend gave me a big framed picture of my late dad and me.

Always give it your all.

I don’t know. Ask around and dig something up!
Something not many people know about you:
I love playing golf. Unfortunately I don’t have enough time to play much, but one day I’ll be a real threat!
