Their fight was an outstanding battle. Both have skills but this was remarkable for the gritty slugfest it turned into. Ultimately ending in a draw, they both knocked each other down, Jack finished crying robbery. The best way to settle the dispute would be a rematch and if it could happen at 168lbs we would finally get a unified super-middleweight champion.
2. George Groves
The old grudge has never vanished. Groves is the only man to have defeated DeGale as a professional and their hostility dates back to their amateur rivalry. This rematch would undoubtedly capture the imagination of the British public.
- Callum Smith
One of the most talented rising super-middleweights in the country, the Liverpudlian has dazzled on his way through the ranks, winning British and European titles in style.
- Chris Eubank Jr
Eubank Jrโs social media jibes at DeGale may have been undignified but this fight would ignite a huge amount of interest, with their contrasting personalities and would likely be an entertaining collision.
- Gennady Golovkin
After marking up so badly against Jack, going in with a heavy puncher like Golovkin, albeit at middleweight, is risky. But it would be a thriller and Golovkin is so far ahead of the competition at 160lbs he should consider moving up a division.
