Manny Pacquiao top 10 knockouts

Listing the 10 most eye-catching knockouts and stoppages of Manny Pacquiao’s incredible career

BN Staff

24th July, 2020

Manny Pacquiao top 10 knockouts
  1. RICKY HATTON (KO 2)
Pacquiao famously flattened Hatton in sensational style with a perfectly executed left hook. The supreme force of the blow caused the British hero to drop to the canvas like a ton of bricks.
  2. DAVID DIAZ (RSF 9)
After rocking Diaz’s head back with a jolting jab, a stunning short left hook to the jaw left the bloodied and battered Chicagoan in a crumpled heap on the floor. It was a devastatingly conclusive ending.
  3. ARNEL BAROTILLO (RSF 4)
A swiping right hook caught Barotillo up top just a second before he missed Pacquiao with an attempted left hand. In delayed reaction, Barotillo then drunkenly swayed and toppled over onto the mat.
  4. ERIK MORALES (KO 3)
In his rubber match with fellow all-time great Morales, Pacquiao took the series 2-1 after a long, spearing left forced the Mexican to tumble backwards into the ropes and onto his backside.
  5. SHIN TERAO (KO 1)
Just before the bell rang to end the first round, Pacquiao dumped Terao onto the ground with a wicked left uppercut that infiltrated his opponent’s defence. The contest was immediately called off.
  6. FAHSAN 3K BATTERY (RSF 4)
Sporting shorts adorned with flames, Pacquiao turned up the heat against his Thai rival. Fahsan was sent spinning down and out by a zooming left uppercut that he never even saw coming.
  7. GABRIEL MIRA (RSF 4)
Following a fierce exchange in the centre of the ring, Pacquiao unleashed a tremendous five-punch combination, punctuated by a destructive left hook to the chin that deposited Mira onto the deck.
  8. FAHPRAKORB RAKKIATGYM (RSF 1)
Having been floored three times already, Fahprakorb found himself at the mercy of Pacquiao once more when the Filipino icon charged at him and finished him off with a skewering straight right.
  9. PANOMDEJ OHYUTHNAKORN (KO 1)
With Panomdej backed up against the strands and shipping punishment, Pacquiao picked out a poisonous left hook to the liver that rendered the man from Thailand unable to continue.
  10. CHATCHAI SINGWANGCHA (KO 8)
Chatchai was softened up by a left to the midsection before a clobbering left cross bounced him off the ropes and onto the canvas. He tried to regain his footing but stumbled back down head first.
