Ryan Garner and Salvador Jimenez weigh the same ahead of European title showdown

RYAN Garner and Salvador Jimenez have both weighed in under the 130lb ahead of their ‘Collision on the Coast’ tomorrow night.

The pair will square off for the vacant European super-featherweight title, headlining a Queensberry Promotions show at the BIC in Bournemouth, England.

With Garner, 16-0 (8 KOs), coming off career-best victories over domestic rivals Archie Sharp and Liam Dillon, the South Coast technician is now gearing up for perhaps his toughest assignment yet.

While British fans may not be too familiar with Jimenez, 14-0-1 (6 KOs), the unbeaten Spaniard has nonetheless oozed confidence ahead of his first overseas fight.

In any case, it is now just a matter of time before the two combatants lock horns.
