EITHER Natasha Jonas or Lauren Price will be one belt away from becoming undisputed welterweight champion after Friday night.

The Royal Albert Hall stages ‘Unstoppable’, a five-fight card featuring two world title fights and a historic British title clash.

All 10 fighters weighed in without a hitch, but Jonas’s trainer Joe Gallagher rightly asked for the calibration certificate to be provided for the weigh-in scales. The first eight fighters came in a bit lighter, as had Jonas, who was dressed, and Price. Sky Sports reported that promoters Boxxer would fetch what Gallagher wanted to see. However, Gallagher told Sky Sports that today’s scales were last calibrated on January rather than calibrated today.

“I’m just protecting my fighter,” he told Sky Sports.
