LIAM SMITH will defend his WBO super-welterweight title against Predrag Radosevic on June 4 at the Echo Arena in Liverpool. The challenger is 30-1 (11), his lone defeat came against Felix Sturm in 2013.

“It’s a good fight for me,” Liam said. “He’s a good solid European fighter… He’s only lost to Felix Sturm, up at middleweight. He’s spent most of his career at middleweight.

“It’s a good voluntary. People might think it’s not a big name but when you look at it properly it’s a good fight.”

Paul Butler, Ryan Farrag, James “Jazza” Dickens, Zolani Tete, Thomas Stalker and Liam Williams will all appear on the undercard.
