BEN Whittaker and Liam Cameron have both hit the scales and flexed their muscles ahead of their fiercely anticipated rematch tomorrow night.

The mind games kicked off earlier today when Whittaker, the more imposing operator at 175lbs, turned up late to his official weigh-in.

Naturally, conclusions will be made on whether ‘The Surgeon,’ whose audacious persona is yet to be unleashed this time around, has struggled to strip off the pounds.

But regardless, his 10-round bout – yes, 10 rounds – against Cameron should, if nothing else, deliver an intriguing spectacle following their controversial draw last October.

With both fighters keeping beneath the light-heavyweight limit, too, their main event at the Resorts World Arena in Birmingham, England, should move ahead with no further dramas.

That said, the pair were nonetheless quick to trade barbs after engaging in a lengthy stare down at their ceremonial weigh-in.

When speaking to Sky Sports, Cameron said: “He’s getting smaller, isn’t he? Same as the last fight, he got smaller and smaller.”

In response, Whittaker joked: “That’s cute. I don’t really understand what he’s saying, so he needs some subtitles when he’s talking.”
