Juergen Braehmer vs Nathan Cleverly – the expert view

IN this week’s edition of Boxing News magazine Tony Dodson analyses the Juergen Braehmer vs Nathan Cleverly. Here’s what he had to say:

IT’S a real 50-50 fight. It’s also a fight that is coming at the perfect stage for both fighters. We all know Braehmer hits hard – he hits like a train. He’s not a reckless fighter, though. He’s sensible and knowledgeable. It’s a really tough fight to call, but if I had to pick a winner, I’d say Cleverly on points. I think he can outwork Braehmer and pull through with his great workrate, although he’ll have to be able to handle Braehmer’s power.
