A FUNDRAISING event for 27-year-old Barnsley boxer Lee Noble – who is currently in remission after being diagnosed with leukaemia in October – will take place on Thursday May 14 at Park View Bar, Grill and Function Suite, Park Road, Swinton, Rotherham, S64 8JH.
This special evening with British boxing legend Ricky Hatton starts at 7.00pm and finishes at 12.30am. There will also be a full roast carvery, comedian, auction, raffle and photographer. All money raised will go to Sheffield stem cell research for leukaemia, Ward P3 Sheffield Hallamshire Hospital, and Lee himself, who is unable to continue his career while he is battling illness.
