CONOR BENN, the son of British boxing legend Nigel Benn, was due to box this Saturday (November 26) at Wembley Arena. He has however been forced off the bill due to shingles.

The show has been affected by pull-outs with Tommy Coyle withdrawing from what would have been a good clash with John Wayne Hibbert. Martin Gethin has today stepped in to face Hibbert on Saturday. John Wayne is hoping victory would put him on course to challenge British super-lightweight champion Tyrone Nurse and has an eye of the Lenny Daws-Anthony Yigit victor.

Also on the bill Ohara Davies takes on the man who beat Hibbert, Italy’s Andrea Scarpa.

Star power on the card comes from Katie Taylor, the Olympic gold medallist, who is making her professional debut.
