TWELVE have fallen by the wayside already. So far no professional opponent has lasted more than three rounds with Britain’s heavyweight hope Anthony Joshua. But at the O2 Arena on May 30 the Olympic gold medallist takes his next step forward when he takes on brash American Kevin Johnson, a veteran who’s boxed world champion Vitali Klitschko and a host of other fighters but never been stopped before. Joshua however plans to make a statement of serious intent.
The ‘Rule Britannia’ bill at the O2 also containing three world title fights, featuring rising powers in British boxing, Kell Brook, Kevin Mitchell and Lee Selby, and much more.
