Conor Benn dominated Chris Eubank Jr to win their rematch, leaving questions about the latter’s future in the sport at 36 years old.

Benn looked sturdy at the weight and showed new strings to his bow at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, winning a clear unanimous decision with two knockdowns in the final round. Bluntly, Eubank was not at the races – tentative, off-beat and fragile. He made no firm decision on his fighting future in the ring post-fight, while Benn confirmed his plans to drop back down to welterweight and push for a world title.

Here are some immediate reactions from the boxing world

It's called weight drained. It's called dead before you started. #Boxinghttps://t.co/kpwc1hUWIX

Connor boxing very well. Said it for a while but serious miles on Jr’s clock and think it’s showed for a few fights now. Looks a shell of the fighter he once was.

Dave Coldwell

Outstanding disciplined performance from Benn.
Rivalry put to bed.
No need for another one. #EubankBenn2

Hopefully that’s that.

No trilogy, please.

Eubank to 168. Not many left. Gotta regroup. Doubt Canelo is in play anymore.

Benn back to 147 or 154. Big fights ahead for him, no doubt.
