A SECOND bout has been confirmed for the Joseph Parker–Fabio Wardley undercard on October 25 at London’s O2 Arena.
The high-stakes heavyweight clash headlines Queensberry’s DAZN pay-per-view event. Earlier this week, it was announced that Lewis Edmondson will defend his British and Commonwealth light-heavyweight titles against Ezra Taylor – a domestic dust-up set to settle a rivalry that has gained momentum throughout 2025.
Also joining the card is rising super-featherweight Royston Barney-Smith, who faces Danny Quartermaine in what Queensberry describe as his “toughest test to date.” Following an eight-round points win over Cesar Ignacio Paredes in April, Smith publicly called out Quartermaine.
“With fellas like that I’m not going to learn nothing,” Smith told the Queensberry YouTube channel.
“I’m looking to push on to bigger and better things. I wouldn’t mind fighting that Danny Quartermaine. He’s got a couple of belts I wouldn’t mind taking off him.”
The pair were originally scheduled to meet on July 26 as part of the Ryan Garner–Reece Bellotti undercard, but an injury to Smith forced the bout’s cancellation just weeks before fight night.

Smith will now challenge for Quartermaine’s IBF and WBO European super-featherweight titles – belts he retained in December after a clash with Jack Bateson ended in a technical draw. The fight was halted in round two on the advice of the ringside doctor after both men suffered cuts from an accidental head clash.
Quartermaine returned to action in June, banking six rounds in a win over Jayro Fernando Duran. He now puts his titles – and his top 15 rankings with both the IBF and WBO – on the line against Smith.
