ADAM AZIM and Sergey Lipinets have some weight to shed to make the 140lb limit for their super-lightweight main event at The OVO Arena tomorrow night.
Azim came in only five ounces overweight but Lipinets came in a full pound over, both had two hours to make the limit.
Azim vs Lipinets will contest the vacant IBO belt which tops an 11 fight card which features Adam’s elder brother Hassan who faces Jensen Irving over four rounds at middleweight.
Elsewhere, Callum Simpson – who defends his Commonwealth super middleweight title – and Scott Forrest have quick returns following their respective last victories which both ended early. And Jeamie TKV continues his heavyweight adventure at 10 rounds against Michael Webster.
