DEONTAY WILDER, the WBC heavyweight champion, has demonstrated that he’s back punching, at least with his left hand.

Wilder emerged from his latest title defence, against Chris Arreola, with a badly damaged right arm. He has been recovering and is now back in the gym working on drills with just his left.

“I’m back,” Wilder said. “My body wasn’t here but my mind never left.”

And he spelled out a clear goal – “Unifying the titles.”
