THE retirement of Manny Pacquiao has proved short-lived. In his last ‘last’ fight he beat Tim Bradley in good style. That was only in April. He has been elected to the Senate in the Philippines and in recent weeks has been juggling work as a Senator with training to take WBO welterweight champion Jessie Vargas, in the latter’s home city, Las Vegas at the Thomas & Mack Center.
