THE big fight is here. Few contests in modern British boxing history have compared to Anthony Joshua vs Wladimir Klitschko, a massive heavyweight clash for the IBF and WBA titles in front of 90,000 fans at Wembley stadium. Joshua’s youth and power vs Klitschko’s experience and, well, a lot of power too, all the questions will be answered tonight.
Katie Taylor and Luke Campbell are both Olympic gold medallists like Joshua and Klitschko. They each have significant fights. Taylor boxes Nina Meinke over 10 rounds while Campbell has a WBA world title eliminator against Anthony Crolla victim Darleys Perez.
Scott Quigg is gunning for IBF featherweight boss Lee Selby, but he will have to get through Viorel Simion on this show. Also on the card are 2016 Olympians Joe Cordina, Josh Kelly and Lawrence Okolie.
