AS IT HAPPENED Anthony Joshua vs Joseph Parker

TONIGHT at the Principality stadium in Cardiff, Anthony Joshua vs Joseph Parker took place to unify the IBF, WBA and WBO world heavyweight titles.

It was the first time two reigning, unbeaten heavyweight champions had contested a world title unification on British soil and became the first time Joshua had been taken the 12-round championships distance. But after a wide, unanimous points victory Joshua remains unbeaten as a professional and now has three of the four major heavyweight world titles. He is just one belt away from being undisputed…
