Well, this week I have been trying out the “Boxa Ball”.
Now I know this is not brand new, and a lot of us have seen this before, with the likes of Vasyl Lomachenko, Josh Kelly and others using this on social media. Well, I had a chance to try this out and spend some time using it. and I loved it.
If you have been in boxing gyms as long as me – every other day since 1995 – you will agree that the same old heavy bags, floor-to-ceiling balls, and speedballs get a bit boring. Well, this is a great tool to spice up your training, It’s great for hand-eye and foot coordination. I definitely recommend this if, for nothing more, to change your workouts from time to time and to keep sessions fun, exciting and different.
