What is crazy is I won an Olympic medal making some of these mistakes. It does make me think, if my trainers polished up on these mistakes would my medal have been a different colour?
If you are doing boxing training you will know it’s easier to start good habits than to get out of bad ones. Know this: it’s not “practice makes perfect” it’s “perfect practice makes perfect.”
No matter what level you’re at or your goal is in your boxing training, you should always be striving for great form and technique as that is where the most benefits will come.
