THIS is a bulky mouthpiece. The instructions for moulding the mouthguard are easily to follow and quick to carry out, with Gel- Fit Liner once it’s been softened moulding round you teeth when you bite into it.
This will protect your teeth, it’s that solid, but the outer casing is noticeably large. It’s never good to be punched in the mouth and with this mouthguard you don’t want your lip squashed against the outer wall protecting your teeth.
