THE most feared boxer of all time has to be Mike Tyson back in his day.
Even though the chances were he would knock out his opponent in the first couple of rounds, everyone would still pay money to watch him because of how exciting he was. He could take people out with any hand at any point in the fight. But his big punch he used to be that left hook, and on the video below I show you his pretty unique method of how he could generate so much power in the punch.
I also show you his favorite way to set up the left hook to KO his opponents.
When you break Mike Tyson down, and slow him down it is fascinating to see.
I believe that there will be other fighters out there that can learn to punch like Tyson and learn to move the way he did. But I don’t think there will ever be anyone ever again that can put it all together like Iron Mike and have the success he did.
