Four different stances and guards in boxing, and how to deal with them

What do Floyd Mayweather, Winky Wright, Gennady Golovkin and Prince Naseem Hamed all have in common? Easy right? All extraordinary fighters and world champions who made a real difference in boxing.

But what don’t they have in common when it comes to boxing?

There are styles boxing and each of these four all box completely different to the next.

On the video below I break down each one of their styles and talk about each of their pros and cons.

Boxing is an art, its sweet science. You can have a completely different style to the next guy and still earn hundreds of millions for a fight (I’m talking about Floyd of course) but then if another great fighter like a Golovkin tried to fight like Mayweather he wouldn’t get far. And if Floyd tried to box like Winky Wright no one would know who Floyd was.

On this video I break down all these styles and tell you how to beat each one (which is easier said that done):
