DANIEL DUBOIS’ ring return is set to land on the Saudi Arabian super show on December 23.

Dubois has not boxed since his controversial stoppage defeat to Oleksandr Usyk in August in Wroclaw, Poland.

But it is understood the 26-year-old is one of the big names expected to land on the show in Saudi two days before Christmas.

It has been reported by multiple sources that Dubois’ fellow heavyweights Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder will box in Riyadh against different opponents to build to a fight of their own in 2024.

And, like they did when Tyson Fury faced Francis Ngannou at the top of the bill, the Saudi organisers are ready to spend big to land big names throughout the undercard too.

Dubois looks set to be one of them in another big fight, four months on from the Usyk encounter during which he dropped the unified world heavyweight champion with a body shot deemed illegal by referee Luis Pabon.

The Londoner was then stopped in the ninth round by Usyk, who has since signed to fight Fury for all the belts in Saudi early next year.

But Dubois will look to bounce back in Riyadh with the fight and opponent expected to be announced along with the rest of the card in the next fortnight.

Boxing News understands the likes of Dereck Chisora and Jarrell Miller, among others, have been considered, although no decision has been made yet.
