Boxing trainer Stefy Bull sentenced to 10 years in jail

DONCASTER fight figure Stefy Bull has been sentenced to 10 years in jail for conspiracy to supply cocaine. The 48-year-old, whose birth name is Andrew Stephen Bulcroft, was convicted of the crime earlier this year by a jury at Sheffield Crown Court.

During his operations, Bull worked covertly under an alias of ‘Yummycub’, using encrypted phone networks for his dealings. As stated in the tweet above, Bull’s friend and co-defendant Benjamin Williams received an eight-and-a-half-year sentence.

Williams pleaded guilty to his charges, while Bull initially protested his innocence. After a four-day trial, the jury decided otherwise. Bull later admitted his involvement, citing the first wave of Covid-19 restrictions as a significant factor behind his decision-making process.

After retiring from the sport as a professional in 2010, with a 29-7-1 (7 KOs) record that included a 2007 loss to Amir Khan, the Conisbrough boxer moved into promoting and training.

His most notable fighters trained include world champions Terri Harper and Jamie McDonnell. He also operated in the corners of Jason Cunningham and Maxi Hughes.
