I’d probably go with Bektemir Melikuziev, even though nobody is boxing much at the moment. He’s got balance. Great feet. Can punch. What’s not to like?

Paul Edwards
Former British champion

Dalton Smith. He’s a beast. I think he’ll be world champion. I don’t really like to say it this early but I think he will be world champion. He’s just evolving all the time.

Dalton Smith prospect

Tony Jeffries
Olympic medallist

Edgar Berlanga looks a very exciting prospect. He has a good amateur pedigree and since turning pro has won all his 16 fights by KO in the first round. He’s looked after by Top Rank so should get the necessary opportunities and exposure.

Might be pushing it to call them prospects but I feel like Vergil Ortiz Jnr and Edgar Berlanga (both 16-0) are the next two up and it could happen for the pair in 2021. Israil Madrimov (6-0) is just behind them but could also have a breakthrough year.
