Via his Twitter account Joshua promised: “Two undefeated fighters going to war June25! Versus Dominic Breazeale at the lion’s den in front of home support and an explosive undercard.”

Joshua won the title in April, taking out the USA’s Charles Martin inside two rounds, also at the O2, the London venue Joshua has made his own over the last 12 months. Joshua in fact has taken knockout victories all of his 16 professional contests so far.

Anthony Joshua tickets have gone on sale to Matchroom Fight Pass members from the Fight Pass area atย www.matchroomboxing.comย and O2 Priority members atย www.theO2.co.uk. Tuesday April 26 at 10am sees the venue and AXS pre-sale before tickets go on general sale at 10am on Wednesday April 27.

Tickets priced between ยฃ40 to ยฃ500 will be available fromย www.theO2.co.ukย and on 0844 856 0202. VIP tickets are ยฃ1,000 and available exclusively from Matchroom Boxing www.matchroomboxing.com.

George Groves will be boxing on the undercard in a world title eliminator against Martin Murray. Both men are former world title challengers. Groves had two memorable encounters with Carl Froch before losing a challenge to WBC super-middlweight ruler Badou Jack. Martin Murray has stepped up from middleweight, where his successful career has encompassed creditable losses to Felix Sturm, Sergio Martinez and Gennady Golovkin.
