Vasyl Lomachenko will defend his WBO world featherweight title against little-known Romulo Koasicha on the Tim Bradley-Brandon Rios undercard on November 7.

It will be the Ukrainian’s third defence of his strap, after outpointing Chonlatarn Piriyapinyo last year before knocking out the overmatched Gamalier Rodriguez on the Mayweather-Pacquiao card in May.

The two-time Olympic and World championship gold medalist is widely considered one of the best amateur boxers ever and won his title in just his third professional fight, outpointing Gary Russel Jnr last year after unsuccessfully challenging Orlando Salido for it three months before.

Fellow two-time Olympic champion Guillermo Rigondeaux currently holds two world titles at super-bantamweight and a fight between the two has long-been clamored for, but negotiations have fallen through over an agreed catchweight.
