Scott Harrison has boxing licence reinstated by the BBBofC

SCOTT HARRISON has had his boxing licence reinstated by the British Boxing Board of Control.

The Stewards of the Board made the decision to renew former two-time WBO featherweight champion Harrisonโ€™s licence, which was revoked on the September 22, 2013, at their meeting in Cardiff on Wednesday the August 13.

Harrison said: โ€œI had my boxing licence reinstated on June 11, subject to me providing the Board with some paperwork before they would grant me permission to box.

โ€œItโ€™s a relief to have my licence fully reinstated. Itโ€™s been a long struggle over the year, fighting to get my licence back, but I am now looking forward to returning to my profession and getting my career back on track.

โ€œI believe I have a few more titles left in me and I have always kept myself in good condition. There will be news soon about my next fight, which should be in October.โ€
