Panel: Who is the best light-heavyweight in Britain right now?

Lyndon Arthur

Mickey Helliet
Boxing manager

Joshua Buatsiโ€™s polished skills and consistency make me think he is at the top of the British light-heavies. A fight with Lyndon Arthur is needed before he moves up to world level.

Joe Gallagher
Callum Johnson’s trainer

Itโ€™s got to be Callum Johnson. His record suggests that, the people that heโ€™s fought. Heโ€™s been in with Beterbiev, he put him on the floor. He then had a good win against Seanie Monaghan. Last time out he had a good win against a tough opponent. Johnson on what heโ€™s done, what heโ€™s achieved.

Lisa Whiteside
Commonwealth Games winner

Probably the most competitive weight division in this country but I would currently choose Joshua Buatsi and he is destined to become a champion. Really good to see Callum Johnson back in the mix too, a real warrior.

Andy Clarke
Commentator

Callum Johnson. His is the most impressive body of work in my opinion. Inactivity has been a curse but I think heโ€™s ready to deliver on the talent heโ€™s always had.
